International and was educated and instructed at Carnegie Melon
and School of the Far East.

Michael Swiss, Sales Team Officer:
Michael has achieved 11 years of solid sales experience and
consistently ranked as a nationwide sales leader in the plumbing,
kitchen cabinet and countertop industries he has represented.
Michael is a Cum Laude graduate from Kean University and holds
a degree in Political Science. He believes excellent customer
service and compassion are instrumental to success.
Happily married 7 years to his wife Josephine, he has two girls
Sabrina 5, Veronica 2 and one dog Rudy. Michael enjoys
mountain biking, snorkeling and fishing.

Michael Delforno, Sales Team Officer:
A graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Business
Administration. Michael joins Mushroom Development with 15
successful years of real Estate experience in the Jersey City,
NJ market. Michael’s excitement comes from working with
a positive, progressive group while also being instrumental in
enhancing the lifestyles and landscapes in Jersey City and beyond.
